TELECOMMUNICATIONS

The telecommunications industry has changed significantly during our lifetimes. It’s the foundation of change for our society and helping organizations navigate those changes is where this firm best helps its clients.

This firm represents telecommunications service providers in transactional matters before the FCC and state public utility commissions. Some of the issues worked on by our office include but are not limited to market entry, competition, spectrum auctions, deregulation and bridging the digital divide.

Mr. Waldron is a member of the Federal Communications Bar Association and has worked on telecommunications issues as part of the Broadband Telecommunications Opportunities Program. These experiences give this firm the ability to advise organizations as an outside general counsel or subject matter expert to address the various issues facing telecommunications companies today.
